It was a nice open space. It was bigger than the pictures. I would stay again.
Finding the keys felt like a scavenger hunt, lol. Other than that, the space was very clean and well put together. We would definitely use it again. Honestly, we had no issues with it being on the third floor or with the fee for the background check/insurance, since the instructions made that clear upfront. After reading everything, we expected it and had no problems. They were also very responsive and got back with us quickly. We’re thankful and would use them again.
Overall, this stay was disappointing. Parking was a major issue—there were no convenient spots near the unit, and most nearby parking was marked “reserved,” with the risk of being towed. Finding the building to retrieve the key fob was also confusing, and clearer directions or a map would have helped. The unit is up three flights of stairs, which was only briefly mentioned and more difficult than expected with luggage. Communication was also challenging. The managers called multiple times about our arrival, and it was hard to understand over the phone—written communication would have been much easier. Additionally, extra fees made the total cost significantly higher than anticipated. That said, the unit was clean and included basic necessities. With clearer instructions and better transparency, this could be a much smoother experience.
